I completed my Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in human psychology at Old Dominion University in 2015 and am currently obtaining my Masters in Exercise Science from ODU as well. Since joining the staff at Virginia High Performance in the summer of 2016, I have held the role of Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach and have worked extensively with individuals spanning an array of backgrounds, including aspiring college athletes, physically and cognitively impaired Veterans through our flagship ‘No Fail Mission’ program, and general fitness population. I have a developed a penchant for Olympic-style weightlifting, and tactical-based performance training. I hope to one day serve as the Head Strength and Conditioning coach for my beloved Oakland Raiders. Personally, I am a proud husband, and avid dog lover.
